What to expect
Once your merchandise has arrived in our warehouse, Customer service will contact you directly to schedule the delivery or pick up. You will receive a phone call the day before delivery to inform you of the time frame and the items that will be delivered.
White glove delivery service
At Turner Furniture we offer “White Glove” delivery service. This service includes complete assembly and inspection of the furniture you purchased. We at Turner Furniture ensure that the furniture meets industry standards prior to delivery. On the day of delivery, please have your room ready by clearing and cleaning the space where the new furniture is to be placed. Our professional delivery team will bring your new furniture into your home and safely place it where you want it. If you have existing furniture where the new furniture is to be placed, the delivery team can assist you in clearing the area. Our delivery team is not permitted to move / hook-up your electronic equipment. Turner Furniture’s white glove delivery charge will depend on the geographical distance from our showroom. Your sales associate will inform you prior to purchase of what the charge will be.
Customer Pick-Up
Complimentary warehouse pick-up service is available by appointment only, which will be scheduled with you by our customer service department. This service includes, complete assembly and thorough inspection of your furniture, as well as loading assistance. Remember to bring any padding and tie downs you may need to pad and secure your items in or on your vehicle for safe transportation. Carefully inspect the entire furniture purchase upon pick-up. Turner Furniture cannot be responsible for any damages discovered after pick-up from our warehouse. All purchases must be paid in full prior to pick-up.
