Q: Why can I not see furniture prices online?


A: Due to manufacturer restrictions, we may not display our discount furniture prices online. We do however show pricing where it is possible. If the price is not visible please email or contact Turner Furniture at travist@strato.net  or 863-402-1688 and we will happily respond to your request.


Q: How do I inquire about the status of my order?


A: Feel free to contact us by phone at 863-402-1688 Ext 208 or by email at custserv@strato.net .Provide your name and order number and we will update you about your order status.


Q: Do I pick up the furniture or do you provide delivery services?


A: Turner Furniture offers delivery service in our shopping area. Pick up is also available at our distribution center in Avon Park by appointment. Please contact us to schedule your pick up or delivery 863-402-1688.


Q: How long does it take to receive my order?


A: Turner Furniture has many items in stock that are available for same day delivery. However, special orders depend a great deal upon the manufacturer. If the items are in stock at the manufacturer, our average is 2 to 4 weeks. Special ordered upholstered items like sofas, sectionals and recliners are yet to be crafted and usually ship in 6 to 12 weeks from the day the order is placed. We will always do everything we can to insure a timely delivery; however we can only estimate and not guarantee delivery times. When it comes to delivery times, every dealer in the nation is at the mercy of the manufacturer. We do advise you to check status with us after 2 weeks of placing your order so we can keep you informed on your order.


Q: When will I be contacted before delivery?


A:You will be contacted for delivery when we receive the furniture usually one to two days before delivery. At that time you can let us know whether it is a good time for delivery or not. Please make sure it is a time you can be there. We do our best to accommodate you. We will do our best to give you a window of time, but our trucks have several deliveries each day, and cannot control traffic, etc... We do not guarantee delivery times.


Q: Will Turner Furniture hold my furniture if I am not ready for delivery?


A: At Turner Furniture we understand that furniture needs to be ordered allowing the maximum time for delivery, and that houses are not always completed on time. We will hold your furniture in our warehouse until you are ready. However, since we do have to pay for the furniture when we receive it, we will require the furniture purchase to be paid in full to store it longer than 30 days after we receive it


Q: How long is my furniture warranted for?


A: Turner Furniture represents some of the most respected, quality controlled furniture in or industry and sells” first quality Home Furnishings”. We do not sell perfect furniture, because none exists. If it did we would sell it. Our customers can expect industry standards, but perfection is impossible. Wood varies colors vary, and sizes vary. We sell style, comfort and natural characteristics, which enhance the product. The following warranty is in lieu of all other warranties including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. There are no expressed or implied warranties which extend beyond the limited warranty described below. We warrant the merchandise you purchase from us will be free from defects in material and workmanship from a period of one year from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to you the original purchaser only, and to merchandise, which has remained at the original delivery site. In order to recover under this warranty, you must give us written notice of the defect within the one-year warranty period and provide proof of purchase. All replacements or exchanges under this warranty will have a warranty expiration date one year from the original delivery date. There will be a fee for any service call made to your home after the one-year period has expired.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Wear, fading, pilling, or shrinkage of any fabric.
  • Variation of the color or graining of wood or wood products.
  • The natural variation in graining and color of leather
  • Ridges or rough areas in marble or variation in its color or graining.
  • Damage or discoloration caused by sunlight or artificial light sources.
  • If the law tag is removed
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse or accidents of any nature.
  • Any type if evidence of animal use.
  • Use in commercial environment
  • Comfort

If the furnishings we sell you do not meet our warranty, we will at our option, either service or repair the non-conforming merchandise.
