At Turner Furniture, we offer 5-Star Premium Delivery Services. This service includes complete assembly and inspection of the furniture you purchased. Our delivery team is comprised of experienced team members who take great care with not only your new furniture but also your home and your time. We know how important it is to have a reliable and smooth delivery service. “We offer same day delivery on mattress sets and free pickup at our local distribution center. Nothing ever goes to a customer in a box,” says owner Travis Turner. “We assemble and inspect every item prior to delivery or pickup. Our goal is to provide the best quality and best experience for our customers. We use software called Dispatch Track which routes our deliveries by distance. By tracking our trucks, we can offer our customers a two hour window for their furniture delivery. Customers are also able to visit our website and see exactly where the delivery team is and know when their items will be delivered. The goal of our company is to wow our customers,” says Travis.
Here is how our delivery service works:
- Before your new purchase even leaves our showroom or warehouse, our experienced team takes the time to completely inspect and assemble your furniture, if necessary.
- On the day of delivery and when you have your room ready for the delivery, our team will head your way.
- Our drivers use Dispatch Track to better judge when your delivery will take place within the previously agreed upon 2 hour window.
- Our professional delivery team will then bring the furniture into your home and safely place it where you want it. If you have existing furniture where the new furniture is to be placed, the delivery team can assist you in clearing the area.
- We will then inspect the furniture again to make sure that it is perfect and that you are 100% satisfied.

Track Your Delivery
Customer Pick-Up
Complimentary warehouse pick-up service is available by appointment only, which will be scheduled with you by our customer service department. This service includes complete assembly and thorough inspection of your furniture, as well as loading assistance. Remember to bring any padding and tie downs you may need to pad and secure your items in or on your vehicle for safe transportation. Carefully inspect the entire furniture purchase upon pick-up. Turner Furniture cannot be responsible for any damages discovered after pick-up from our warehouse. All purchases must be paid in full prior to pick-up.
